Este abrigo discreto y sofisticado es un estilo atemporal que seguramente usarás durante años. Confeccionado en Italia con “lana vegana” elaborada con algodón certificado Greenpeace DETOX y Oeko Tex® estándar 100 (certificado 1108929.0). Está diseñado con una silueta holgada de botonadura sencilla con hombreras confeccionadas con 100 % poliéster reciclado. La parte delantera de la chaqueta se cierra con dos botones con acabado mate fabricados con papel comprimido reciclado y resina (certificado Oeko-Tex® Standard 100). Puedes guardar tus elementos esenciales en los dos bolsillos profundos. Para mantenerte abrigado, hay un forro con aislamiento térmico de 60 g fabricado en Italia con poliéster 100 % reciclado (100 % RPU certificado según ISO 14021:2016, certificado Oeko Tex® estándar 100 960031.0). Su corte holgado también lo hace perfecto para el invierno combinado con uno de nuestros tejidos gruesos y abre las solapas en esos días súper fríos. El forro de viscosa con certificación REACH, fabricado en Italia, garantiza una combinación suave y, al ser de color negro, combina con casi cualquier cosa. Como todo lo que hacemos y hacemos, nuestra ropa tiene la certificación Carbono Neutral. No hay residuos de embalaje, sólo utilizamos embalajes biodegradables libres de plástico, desde las bolsas de papel hasta la cinta de papel que utilizamos para sellarlas. Gotten a good few compliments so far. I would echo some other reviews in saying it runs a bit large --- I originally ordered a medium (which is almost always my size if not a large) but had to return in exchange for a small.
First I gotta say that this company offers great customer service. They are very patient. My male partner is 5'8" and 157lbs. Medium build. We first ordered size SMALL and it runs large. If you like the 80s vibe, then it'll be a loose / large fit. We exchanged it for XS. XS still runs large, but it is a keeper. It is difficult to find well made vegan coats, so it is worth spending a bit more money to have it tailored. We are very content with the purchase and the search for a men's "wool" coat is finally over! Well made! Very well priced and worth it.
This is a one-of-a-kind, classic style, vegan coat. I'm incredibly pleased with it.
This coat would be perfect if it had a breast pocket for a hankie and came in bigger sizes.
Been looking for a vegan crombie for years and years.
I bought this lovely vegan wool coat, the quality is really good and warm as well, it’s very nice for cold season. I am sure that I will be able to use it for long time.
BUT, the problem is the size, mine is normally medium, (around 170cm 65kg), ordered the medium and found out the actual size is completely big. So I just asked swapping to small size, paid more than £50 for just exchanging (I’m currently in England maybe because of it). I simply didn’t know the fee and asked, but no replying about it. Even in the small size I still need to adjust the arm length.
Finally, what I wanted to say is the customer service is just not good. I hope better people who can understand customers and explain enough will be in Will’s.
P.S…. A needle came out from the left side of this coat, please be careful when you wear it. Don’t get me wrong, the quality of this coat is good…

We will refund this charge in full. Your exchange was sent from our Netherlands warehouse to the UK (as we were out of stock in our UK warehouse).
DHL made an error in sending the charge to you, it should have been set for us to pay.
Just to say, we no longer send anything from our Netherlands warehouse to the UK. All UK deliveries are now sent from the UK. You also should never pay anything for a return or exchange at any point. If for any reason you are charged anything, we will always cover the cost.
I am sorry for the needle in the coat I will let our factory in Italy know so they can avoid this happening again.
