I’m so sad I ordered these wore them and realised they were a size too big. Never had the issue with other boots from wills vegan store. Wish I could return them. Order a smaller size or try on for a few days first in the home. They really hurt my hip and foot.

I love these. They do run a bit big, I had to return the first pair und order a smaller size. They also do get some creases through wear, but not really a big problem. They are very warm and cumfy in winter
