The boots seem to be of decent quality and feel quite warm. Also they withstood some puddles very well. Only thing I'd criticize is that they are a bit narrow for my big feet despite having ordered EU46/UK11 but they also widened and now feel more comfortable.
Insulated Waterproof Chelsea Boots
Sadly, these boots aren't quite the same as pictured. With a US 10 (EU 43) size, they come to a narrower, pencil-tipped point over the toes than shown, pressing the toes together. The outer surface is also different to what's pictured. For example, the pictures show cross-stitching up from the sole to the edge of the gusset, whereas, in reality, there is only a plain running stitch here. The gusset itself is pictured with some texture; in reality, the material just has a plain surface. Considering that nothing is ever as good as advertised, and disappointment is to be expected, these boots merit about "2 stars" up from the default of zero. That is, they're at least sufferable.
It's all there in the title. I agree with others that the boots can be really hard to put on the first few times (rec: hook your fingers in and pull the opening wider), but they slip on pretty quickly soon after that. They're snug, hard-wearing, warm, easy to clean, and comfortable enough that I wore them for a day on my feet without problem.
Boots are comfortable, fit well & true to size, and are nice & warm too. Very happy with them.
